Care Career is seeking a travel nurse RN Float Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Travel RN – Med/Surg Float Pool
Discipline: RN – Med/Surg
Shift: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM | 12-hour Days
Weekend: Every other weekend
Call: None
Guaranteed: 36 hrs/week
Contract: 13 weeks
Facility: Acute Care | Level II Trauma
Unit: Med/Surg | 128 beds
Ratio: 1:6
Charting: Cerner → transitioning to EPIC in 11/2026
Scrubs: Navy
BSN: Not required

Must-Haves

  • Current Med/Surg experience – REQUIRED
  • Large hospital experience – REQUIRED
  • Previous travel experience – REQUIRED
  • BLS (AHA) – REQUIRED
  • Must be comfortable with 1:6 patient ratios
  • Must be willing to float between Med/Surg pods
  • No first-time travelers
