Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Oncology position requiring a CT license, BLS, ACLS, and a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Details
- Day shift position with hours from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
- Inpatient hospital setting on a Med/Surg Oncology unit
- Requires 3 weekend shifts per schedule period
- Floating to other medical/surgical units may be required
- Timekeeping system: Kronos
Requirements
- Active CT RN license (or compact license) required; a screenshot or photo of a completed application may be accepted if the license is pending
- Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required; only AHA-issued certifications are accepted
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
- Chemotherapy certification preferred
- Two professional references rated 'standard or above average' from a manager or above within the past year in the same specialty are required for consideration
Additional Information
- Candidates who have previously worked at any facility within this health system may be subject to a review process to determine eligibility to return
- Local candidates residing within 60 miles of the facility are eligible to apply at a reduced rate
- Travelers will be required to complete onboarding modules prior to the start of their assignment
- If any licenses or certifications are expiring during the assignment period, a renewal receipt or scheduled course dates must be provided
