Position Summary Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Medical-Surgical Ortho/Neuro unit. The unit primarily cares for Med/Surg patients, with orthopedic and neurological experience preferred.
Schedule
Shift: 3 × 12-hour nights
Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
On-Call: None; may be placed on an 8-hour on-call shift due to low census
Requirements
Active South Carolina RN License or Compact RN License (required before start)
BLS required
ACLS preferred/required per facility checklist
Minimum 2 years of RN experience preferred
First-time travelers considered based on experience
Experience with Epic EMR required
Ortho/Neuro experience preferred
Ideal Candidate
An RN with:
At least 2 years of Med/Surg experience
Strong Ortho/Neuro and telemetry skills
Proficiency with Epic EMR
Willingness to float between like units as needed
Availability to work night shifts and every other weekend
