Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Orthopedic unit on night shift, requiring an active TN or compact RN license and at least 2 years of recent experience.

Details

• Work in the 7 Tower North Ortho unit of a hospital setting
• Orthopedic patient population within a Med/Surg department
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Requirements

• Active RN license (TN state or compact) currently in hand
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted, must not expire within first 30 days of start)
• Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg or Orthopedic nursing experience required
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration (Canadian SSNs not accepted)
• One professional reference required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide direct patient care to orthopedic and general medical-surgical patients
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for this position
