Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Medical-Surgical RN to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise and a positive, caring attitude towards all patients. Our facility is committed to outstanding quality and great service, aiming to provide an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress in the Meditech system.
• Perform IV therapy, including peripheral starts and care, central line management, and ostomy care.
• Float between departments as needed to support patient care across the unit.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active TX RN License (temp licenses are not accepted).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical-Surgical RN.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience with Meditech charting is preferred.
