Job Requirements

• Active RN license in good standing
• At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience in an acute care or hospital setting
• Strong clinical assessment, prioritization, and communication skills
• Ability to work night shift assignments and maintain high standards of patient care
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to Med/Surg patients in accordance with care plans and unit standards
• Monitor patient conditions, recognize changes, and communicate updates promptly to the care team
• Administer medications and treatments safely, accurately, and in compliance with nursing protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support positive patient outcomes
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses thoroughly and accurately in the medical record
• Promote a safe, respectful, and patient-centered care environment
