Job Description:

Responsibilities include providing direct and individualized nursing care to patients in the Med Surg unit, with patient ratios of 1:4 or 1:5, and utilizing the Meditech documentation system.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in a 14-bed Med Surg unit.
• Maintain documentation using the Meditech system.
• Participate in the unit's staffing as required, with a commitment to four weekend shifts per schedule.
• Float to other units as per contract requirements.

Requirements:

• Current BLS and NIH certifications.
• Ability to adhere to dress code of required scrubs.
