Concentric Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Granbury, Texas.

Contract | 13 Weeks | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit with a 6:1 patient-to-nurse ratio
  • Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care across a 40-bed unit during night shift hours
  • Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using MEDHOST EMR
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient treatment plans and discharge planning
  • Adhere to unit protocols; no call, no floating, and no mandatory 48-hour shifts required

Required Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
  • BLS certification (AHA or ARC) required
  • ACLS certification (AHA or ARC) required
  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
  • Medical Surgical experience required
  • Immunization titers must be in hand at time of submission
  • Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Prior travel nursing experience preferred
  • Familiarity with MEDHOST EMR system
