The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams. Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider. Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team. Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Provide patient and family education on health management and treatment plans. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff. Shift Information This position requires availability for night shifts, including alternating weekends. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Experience with Cerner electronic health records system is preferred.
