Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse with Medical-Surgical experience to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating teamwork, compassion, and effective communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to a maximum of 6 patients, maintaining patient safety and comfort.
- Administer medications and perform required medical procedures.
- Collaborate with clinical coordinators, unit secretaries, and case management for patient care.
- Utilize hospital documentation systems (Meditech) for accurate patient records.
- Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as scheduled.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Valid RN license is mandatory.
- Experience in Medical-Surgical nursing, including managing respiratory, renal, and GI conditions.
- Current BLS certification.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
