Job Requirements

• 2+ years of recent Med/Surg nursing experience required
• Meditech experience required
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and prioritization skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced acute care environment
• Comfort working night shifts and supporting a collaborative care team
• Current RN certification required

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate care to adult medical-surgical patients
• Assess patient condition, monitor changes, and communicate effectively with the care team
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards
• Document patient care accurately using the Meditech charting system
• Support care planning, discharge preparation, and patient education
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to promote high-quality patient outcomes
• Maintain flexibility for floating as needed based on unit priorities
