**Exciting Opportunity for a Night Shift Registered Nurse!** **Job Description:** - Shift: 3x12 hour Nights (19:00 - 07:00) - Patient Ratios: 1:6 - Patient Diagnoses: - Sepsis - CIWA - Confusion - Atypical Mental Status (AMS) - Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) - Post-operative cares - Acute Kidney Injury (AKI) - Trauma - Respiratory failure - Bowel obstruction - Pyelonephritis - Cardiac conditions - Diabetes - Gastrointestinal (GI) conditions - Isolation cases - Suicidal Ideation (SI) with medical indications **Essential Job Functions:** - Demonstrates knowledge of the Nursing Process across all age groups: Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, and Geriatrics. - Thoroughly documents care delivery per regulatory and hospital requirements. - Takes responsibility for clinical competencies and professional development. - Applies theoretical knowledge and practical skills in a clinical environment. - Able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. **Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:** - Utilizes good judgment and patience to support patient care. - Adapts to busy and stressful environments focused on safety and care quality. - Proficient with computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Electronic Medical Records software. - Showcases strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload. - Excellent interpersonal communication with advanced math skills. - Demonstrates creativity, problem analysis, teamwork, and decision-making skills. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
