Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical/Telemetry in Statesboro, GA. This contract position offers the opportunity to work night shifts and contribute to a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Direct and coordinate all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices.
• Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery and achieve desired patient outcomes.
• Administer medications using bedside scanning.

Requirements:

• RECENT experience in an acute care setting required.
• BLS certification required.
• Recent experience with Cerner charting.
• Experience with Med Surg patients with remote telemetry monitoring.
• 2+ years of nursing experience required.
• 2+ completed travel assignments required.

Unit Details:

• Number of beds in unit: 35.
• Monthly department volume: 810.
• Types of Services: Med Surg, Remote Tele, Ortho, Post-op, CHF, Respiratory.
• Patient Ratio: 1:6-7; PCT has 14 patients.
• Scrub color: navy blue.
• EMR: Cerner.
• No call required.

This position requires floating between Med Surg and Tele departments only. Blocked scheduling and 48-hour weekly guarantees are NOT approved. Please note that this role is subject to auto offers only, with no interviews required.
