Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg travel position requiring 1+ years of experience and a Compact or AL RN license.

Details

• Work in the Med/Surg unit (Unit/Floor 6) of a hospital setting
• Patient ratio of 6 to 1
• Day shift schedule (6:45a-7:15p)
• Every other weekend required
• 13-week assignment

Requirements

• Active Compact or Alabama (AL) RN license required
• Current BLS certification required
• 1+ years of recent Med/Surg experience required
• Cerner EMR experience preferred
• No certifications may expire within the first 30 days of the assignment
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Provide direct patient care to medical-surgical patients
• RTO requests must be less than 1 week
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Not eligible if previously employed as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years
