Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical Orthopedic unit with a 1:5 patient ratio
Manage care for patients with orthopedic and spine conditions across night shift hours
Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using EPIC EMR
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Adhere to facility dress code and unit-specific protocols throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

Active Oklahoma State Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Minimum 2 years of experience on a Medical Surgical unit with orthopedic and/or spine specialty
Proficiency with EPIC EMR
Ability to work weekends as required by the facility

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior travel nursing experience in a Medical Surgical or Orthopedic setting
Familiarity with spine patient populations and post-operative orthopedic care
