Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Med-Surg unit. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team. This position involves providing care to post-operative and medical-surgical patients in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients.
• Perform wound care, I/O catheterizations, and tracheostomy care.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Engage in frequent huddles to ensure team alignment and patient safety.
• Utilize iPhone for effective communication within the unit.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Experience in Med-Surg nursing preferred.
