• Comfortable providing care in a dynamic, high-acuity hospital environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate, patient-centered care to medical-surgical patients
• Monitor patient conditions, complete assessments, and report changes promptly
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery, and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate charting and uphold quality, safety, and infection control standards
