Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a 39-bed Medical Surgical unit serving adult and geriatric populations
• Manage and treat common diagnoses including fractures, COPD, hypertension, chest pain, CHF, and infections
• Document patient care accurately using the Paragon EHR system
• Float to weekend assignments as required per unit float requirements
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams within a Joint Commission Accredited facility offering orthopedics, cardiology, general surgery, women's care, and behavioral health services

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of Medical Surgical nursing experience
• Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Willingness to float to weekend shifts as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with the Paragon electronic health record system
• Background working with adult and geriatric patient populations
• Familiarity with chest pain protocols and cardiac care settings
