Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical Surgical

Unit Information

Join a dynamic Medical Surgical unit with a total of 36 beds and an enthusiastic team of 55 employees. Our unit operates with a dedicated focus on excellent patient care.

Shift Details

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Patient Care

• Patient Ratios: 1:6
• Types of Equipment: Baxter IV pumps, Medfusion pumps, SCDs
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System: Meditech

Minimum Qualifications

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with post-operative patients.
• Competence in dressing changes, wound care, and drain management.

Typical Procedures

• Care for post-operative patients.
• Management and maintenance of drains.
• Providing wound care as needed.
