Job Requirements

• Current Oklahoma RN license or compact RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg RN experience preferred and required for this assignment
• BLS and ACLS required
• PALS required within 6 months of the start date
• Cerner experience preferred
• Ability to work night shift hospital jobs and float as needed
• Strong teamwork, communication, time-management, and clinical judgment skills

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, high-quality patient care on the Medical-Surgical unit
• Complete ongoing assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient conditions
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support individualized care plans
• Document patient care accurately and timely in the EMR
• Respond to changing patient needs with confidence, critical thinking, and sound clinical judgment
• Support a patient-centered environment focused on quality outcomes and excellent nursing care
• Float to other areas as required by unit needs
