Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Medical Surgical – Portland, OR 97225

Start Date: October 26, 2026

Location: Portland, Oregon metropolitan area

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM). Every other weekend required (Friday and Saturday for night shift). Patient ratio 1:4. Floating between units may be required based on facility needs.

Requirements:

• Active Compact RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Minimum 1 year of Medical Surgical nursing experience required
• BLS certification required
• Experience with 1:4 patient ratios
• Proficiency in Epic or similar charting systems
• Core skills required: Med/Surg, IV management, telemetry monitoring, wound care, blood product administration, central line/PICC management, tracheostomy care, chest tube management, and high flow nasal cannula
• Experience with adult and geriatric patient populations
• Must have reliable vehicle for transportation
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Candidates located within 50 miles will be considered at adjusted compensation
