Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care on a surgical unit specializing in ENT, head and neck, and bariatric surgery patients
• Care for patients with complex airway needs including tracheostomies and laryngectomies
• Support general surgery, bariatric surgery, and head and neck surgery patient populations
• Assess, monitor, and document patient status throughout the shift in accordance with facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and execute individualized patient care plans

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license — must be in hand at time of submission
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Demonstrated experience as a surgical RN with strong clinical skills applicable to ENT and head and neck surgery

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience caring for patients with tracheostomies and/or laryngectomies
• Background in ENT, head and neck, or bariatric surgical nursing
• Familiarity with complex post-operative surgical patient management
