Telemetry Registered Nurse Requirements

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license eligible for practice in North Carolina
• At least 1 year of professional nursing experience, preferably in telemetry or acute care
• Strong patient assessment, clinical judgment, and cardiac monitoring skills
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills

Travel RN Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients requiring telemetry monitoring
• Assess patients, develop and implement individualized plans of care, and evaluate patient outcomes
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and promptly recognize changes in patient condition
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support positive patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans, medications, and discharge needs
• Accurately document assessments, nursing interventions, and patient responses in the medical record
