Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent nursing experience in telemetry, PCU, or a similar acute care setting
• Strong clinical assessment skills and sound judgment in a fast-paced telemetry environment
• Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Excellent communication, documentation, and patient education skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new unit workflows and patient care protocols

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care for telemetry patients with varying acuity levels
• Monitor patient status, recognize changes in condition, and respond appropriately
• Administer medications and treatments according to established standards of care
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team to support positive patient outcomes
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient progress in the medical record
• Support a safe, efficient, and compassionate patient care environment
