• Patient Ratios: 6:1
• Equipment: Bladder scanner, glucometers, etc.
• EHR: Medhost
• Supervisor: Kelley Dockery, Director of MedSurg/ICU
• Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: Adults and Geriatric, No peds.
