Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg position requiring 18 months of experience with strong Ortho and Neuro background and a GA or compact RN license.

Details

• Hospital-based Med/Surg unit assignment
• 13-week travel contract
• Night shift (NOC), 12-hour shifts
• No on-call responsibilities

Requirements

• Active Georgia or Compact RN license required in hand
• Minimum 18 months of RN experience required
• Strong Orthopedic and Neurology experience required
• Current certifications: AHA BLS and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
• Full SSN and DOB required for consideration

Additional Information

• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility, as local candidates are not accepted
• Former Emory or Houston permanent staff must be separated for at least 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
• RTO requests are limited to a maximum of 5 days if not falling on or near a holiday, or 3 days if falling on or near a holiday
• Only one holiday RTO request is permitted per assignment
