Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to medical/surgical adult inpatients, including orthopedic, neuro-surgical, and trauma populations
• Prioritize patient safety, adhering strictly to zero-harm practices
• Participate actively in bedside hand-offs and proactive rounding to enhance patient satisfaction
• Manage pain and serve as a patient advocate to ensure high-quality outcomes
• Collaborate effectively with clinical teams and adapt to hospital-specific protocols

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in good standing
• At least 1 year of recent medical-surgical nursing experience preferred
• Experience with orthopedic, neuro-surgical, or trauma patient populations is a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
