About the Role
Northern Montana Health Center is seeking dedicated Med/Surg Registered Nurses to provide high-quality patient care across a variety of units. This is a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you’ll serve as a key resource in planning, directing, and evaluating patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients across Med/Surg specialties
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
- Float between units as needed (Adult, Ortho, Peds, Mother/Baby)
- Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech EMR
- Deliver patient-centered care with a focus on safety and quality
- Act as a resource and advocate for patients and families
✅ Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of RN Med/Surg experience
- Active Montana RN License (Required)
- BLS Certification (Required)
- Experience across multiple Med/Surg specialties preferred
- Must be comfortable with floating and rotating shifts

- Local travelers are not accepted unless residing 250+ miles from the facility
