**Join Our Team as an RN in Beautiful Vermont!** **Job Description:** - Night Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM - Work mainly with adult patients, with occasional pediatric cases - Experience the breathtaking landscapes of Vermont's Northeast Kingdom - Engage in thrilling outdoor activities year-round - Provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic Med/Surg unit - Collaborate with a talented team to meet diverse patient needs - Utilize the innovative Nursing Process for critical decision-making - Focus on holistic care addressing physiological, spiritual, psychosocial, and developmental needs - Accountability to the Unit Director with support from Clinical Nurse Lead/Nursing Supervisor - Minimum 3 years of acute care experience required - Preference for candidates with Meditech experience **Requirements:** - Current Vermont RN or multi-state RN licensure - BLS (American Heart Association) certification - ACLS certification - Flu shot required (no exceptions) **Location:** - Stunning rural community in Vermont - Local housing resources available; candidates responsible for securing their own housing - Reliable personal transportation essential **Onboarding:** - All required credentials must be uploaded five business days before the start date Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
