- Weekly Hours: 36 guaranteed hours, with opportunity to work up to 48 hours per week
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,980 - $2,080
- Weekend Requirement: Varied; typically 4 weekend shifts in a 4-week schedule

Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- 2+ years of recent Med/Surg nursing or trauma-related experience
- Strong experience caring for adult post-op, trauma, and surgical patients
- Ability and willingness to float to a comparable patient population when needed
- Ability to pass dysrhythmia and math/dosage testing prior to unit start
- All required Pennsylvania nursing clearances and screenings completed before start
- Drug screen completed within the required timeframe
- MMR documentation required; declinations are not accepted
- Professional, flexible, and team-oriented bedside manner
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate acute care nursing to adult Med/Surg patients
- Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patient condition in a high-acuity hospital environment
- Support post-operative recovery and ongoing trauma and surgical care
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to promote positive outcomes
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in EPIC
- Deliver patient-centered care with professionalism, flexibility, and attention to detail
- Float to comparable units as needed based on patient care demands
- Work effectively during night shifts as part of a collaborative nursing team
