Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years MS RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Current, unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of one year of experience in a medical-surgical (Med Surg) setting
• Proficiency with patient assessments, care planning, medication administration, and charting
• Solid understanding of nursing best practices and a commitment to excellent patient care
• BLS certification required; additional certifications preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work seamlessly in a team

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to adult patients on a medical-surgical unit
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions and changes to the healthcare team
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in coordination with patients, families, and providers
• Administer medications, treatments, and necessary interventions safely and effectively
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and family members regarding ongoing health needs and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with facility standards and regulatory requirements

$2,130 - $2,253/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
