**Exciting Travel RN Opportunity in Med Tele Unit!** **Job Description:** - **Position:** Travel RN - Tele (620) - 7P-7A - **Start Date:** 12/14 - **Location:** Overland Park, Kansas - **Unit Name:** Med Tele - **Number of Beds:** 25 - **Patient Ratios:** 4-5:1 - **Unit Highlights:** - Diverse patient population including renal, urology, oncology, pulmonology, cardiology, and general med-surg. - Strong focus on safety, quality, and documentation compliance. - Supportive teamwork environment with dedicated charge nurses and available tech staff. - **Equipment Used:** - EKG machines, bladder scanners, sit-to-stand lifts, hoyer lifts, hover mats, Alaris pumps, and Pyxis. - **Documentation System:** Meditech - EBCD - **Scheduling Requirements:** - Work 3 shifts per week with every 3rd weekend required. - **Floating Policy:** Float to like units (Ortho/Neuro/CCU/CDU/SSU/Obs/Rehab). - **Patient Experience Focus:** - Commitment to the 2X2 model: 1. Nurse Explain 2.
