Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med-Surg / MC team in Arlington, TX. This position offers the opportunity for a 7AM to 7PM schedule, with guaranteed hours available.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in medical-surgical settings.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate any changes to the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and their families about wellness, disease management, and prevention.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Med-Surg or related setting.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.

Schedule and Hours

This position is full-time with a day shift schedule from 7AM to 7PM, providing 48 guaranteed hours per week.
