Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Medical-Surgical / Medical Care team. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and overall well-being.

Arlington, TX

Schedule

This position is for the night shift, working from 7 PM to 7 AM. A guaranteed minimum of 48 hours per week is approved.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing process.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed while monitoring patient responses.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license.
• A minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a medical-surgical setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
