Job Requirements

• Active Colorado RN license required
• At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience required
• Current BLS certification required upon hire
• ACLS and PALS required upon hire or within 6 months
• Specialty certification preferred
• Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced acute care environment

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and effective nursing care to adult Med/Surg patients
• Monitor patient status, assess changes, and communicate updates to the care team
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff to support positive patient outcomes
• Document care accurately and maintain a high standard of clinical practice
• Respond to patient needs with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail
