In this role, you will manage the care of patients in a Med Surg setting, focusing on chronic illness and disability needs. You will perform daily physical assessments, administer medications, and update care plans and clinical notes as necessary. Your ability to ensure patient safety and advocate for their well-being is crucial. This position offers a supportive environment where you can further develop your skills while working night shifts.
