Rate: $92/hr (approx. $2,290/week)
Shift: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM, 3x12 Day Shift
On Call: No
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Start Date: 08/24/2026
Pay Differentials
OT/Holiday: 1.15x multiplier
Call Back: 1.5x multiplier, 2-hr minimum
On Call Pay: $9/hr
Charge/Precept Pay: $6/hr
Billable OT: 36–40 hrs/week; OT billable after 40 or 48 hrs/week (after 48)
Requirements
Minimum 1 year Med Surg, Post-Op, or Stepdown experience
Surgical / post-op surgical experience
Comfortable with 5–7 patient ratio
BLS (AHA) certification
State license: Iowa or Illinois
At least 1 year gap since last employment at the health system
Taxable address outside 50 miles of facility
