Mandatory Qualifications for this Job

Active Colorado RN License
Current BLS Certification
ACLS and PALS required upon hire or within 6 months
Minimum 2 years of relevant RN experience preferred
Specialty certification preferred

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide direct care to adult Med/Surg patients
Assess patients and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments safely
Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
Educate patients and families on care and discharge plans
Maintain accurate patient documentation
Follow infection control, safety, and hospital protocols
Promote patient safety and quality outcomes
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care
