Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical-Surgical (Med/Surg)

Location: Delta, Colorado 81416
Pay Rate: $65/Hourly
Shift: Nights | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Contract: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 3 Night Shifts per Week | Possible On-Call
 

Mandatory Qualifications for this Job

  • Active Colorado RN License
  • Current BLS Certification
  • ACLS and PALS required upon hire or within 6 months
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant RN experience preferred
  • Specialty certification preferred

 Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide direct care to adult Med/Surg patients
  • Assess patients and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments safely
  • Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
  • Educate patients and families on care and discharge plans
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation
  • Follow infection control, safety, and hospital protocols
  • Promote patient safety and quality outcomes
  • Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care
