Shift: Variable Shifts (Rotating/Floating Based on Unit Needs)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours Per Week
EMR: Meditech
Holiday Coverage: Required
Compensation
• Total Pay Rate: $65/hr
• Weekly Gross Pay (All-Inclusive): $2,340/week
• W2 Pay (Taxable): $30.5/hr
• Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,242($34.5/hr)
Total Compensation: W2 Pay + Stipend = $65/hr
Overtime Pay: $75/hr (After 40 hours)
Department Highlights
Join the Medical/Surgical team and provide exceptional patient care across a variety of specialties, including Adult Med/Surg, Orthopedics, Mother/Baby, and Pediatric Medical/Surgical units. Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care for patients across multiple Med/Surg specialties
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes promptly
Educate patients and families throughout hospitalization and discharge planning
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of recent Medical/Surgical RN experience
Current Montana RN License (Required)
Current AHA BLS Certification (Required)
Experience with Meditech EMR preferred
Strong assessment, critical thinking, communication, and patient care skills
Ability to float between Med/Surg specialty units as needed
Candidate Eligibility
Out-of-state travel candidates preferred
In-state travelers must reside more than 250 miles from the facility
