Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a Medical-Surgical unit. The ideal candidate will have experience in obstetric care.

Schedule

This position follows a unique schedule of 7 nights on, followed by 7 nights off (7p-7a, Thursday through Wednesday). Adjustments to the schedule may be made to accommodate self-scheduling preferences.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in Medical-Surgical nursing; obstetric experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Medical-Surgical unit.
• Utilize clinical judgment in assessing patient needs and implementing care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care plans.
