**Exciting Opportunity for Night Shift Surgical Nurses!** **Job Description:** - Join a dynamic team of experienced nurses in a fast-paced Adult Surgical Unit with opportunities to care for a few pediatric patients! - Night shift hours: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM - Every other weekend and holiday shifts required - Minimum requirement: Less than 1 year of nursing experience - Essential certifications: - Current Wisconsin Nursing License - NIHSS Certification - CPR/BLS Certification (General Certifications) - Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide exceptional patient care - Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with established nursing techniques and state laws - Document patient care according to standards - Develop and execute individualized patient care plans as prescribed by physicians and hospital policy - Engage in performance improvement activities within the department or unit - Provide clinical expertise and guidance across departments to support patient care - Utilize critical thinking skills to ensure patient safety and enhance the patient experience **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
