As a Med Surg RN in our outpatient radiation department, you will manage patient care for approximately 50 patients daily. Responsibilities include starting IVs, patient education, triaging calls, and wound care. This role emphasizes teamwork and patient advocacy, providing a supportive environment for both staff and patients.
