• 1 Unit Secretary
• 5 Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) on Days
• 3 Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) on Nights

• Welch Allen / Dynamap Vital Signs Machines
• Bladder Scanner
• Hoyer Lift
• Sara Steady
• Wound Vacs

Documentation System: Meditech

Position Requirements

Requested Skill Set:

• Valid Missouri RN License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

Procedures Performed on Unit

• IV Therapy
• Foley Catheter Insertion
• External Urinary Catheters
• Wound Care
• Post-operative Care
• Tracheostomy Care
• Nasogastric (NG) Tube Management
• Feeding Tube Placement and Care

Work Schedule

12-hour shifts with a requirement of 3 weekend shifts within a 4-week schedule period.

Floating Policy

Adheres to the facility's standard floating policy.

Patient Experience Requirements

Focus on establishing personal connections with all patients through:

• AIDET (Acknowledge, Introduce, Duration, Explanation, Thank You)
• Bedside Shift Report
• Hourly Rounding

Dress Code

Required uniform includes:

• Navy Blue Scrub Top
• Navy or Black Scrub Pants
• Undershirts and/or Scrub Jackets in Navy, White, or Black (sweatshirts or track jackets are not allowed)
