• Schedule: 12-hour rotating day/night shifts
• Hours: 36 hours per week
• Weekend/Holiday Requirement: Every other weekend and every other holiday
• Charting System: EPIC
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,200-$2,320

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 2 years of recent Med/Surg nursing experience
• Level I trauma experience required; high-acuity Level II trauma experience may be considered
• EPIC experience required
• BLS certification from AHA required
• Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced acute care environment
• Strong communication, collaboration, and patient care skills

Responsibilities

• Provide care for general medical-surgical patients in a 15-bed admissions unit
• Complete initial admissions and help stabilize patients before transfer to their assigned unit
• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in a fast-moving hospital setting
• Collaborate with the care team to prioritize patient needs and support smooth transitions in care
• Use EPIC, Zebra phones, Omnicell, and Aleris IV pumps as part of daily workflow
• Float to other Med/Surg units as needed
• Maintain professionalism and follow the unit dress code of navy blue scrubs
