**Exciting Opportunity for Acute Travel RN: Med/Surg (7P-7A) in Marquette, MI!** **Job Description:** - Join a dynamic team in the Acute Medical/Surgical unit, where you can make a real impact on patient care. - Shift: 7 PM to 7 AM, with guaranteed weekly hours of 36. - Enjoy the challenge of caring for adult and geriatric patients aged 18 to 125 in a fast-paced environment. - Work alongside cutting-edge equipment including telemetry monitors, Baxter IV pumps, and Cerner EHR. - Embrace your critical thinking skills and decisive judgment while working with minimal supervision. - Be part of a supportive environment while handling patient ratios of 5:1 to 6:1, ensuring the highest quality of care. **Requirements:** - Required Certifications: ACLS, Michigan State License. - Must have a minimum of 2 years of RN experience, preferably in a medical/surgical unit. - Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required. **Personality Fit:** - Seeking individuals who thrive in high-pressure situations and take appropriate actions to improve patient outcomes. **Dress Code:** - Scrub Color: Galaxy Blue (Navy is also acceptable). - Maintain clean and professional appearance; fingernails should be compliant with hand hygiene policies, and tattoos considered offensive must be covered. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
