HealthTrust Workforce Solution External is seeking a travel nurse RN Float Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Rockport, Maine.

• Years of Experience: Minimum 1 year preferred plus travel experience

Education & Certifications Required:

• Required Certifications (will this be consistent for all similar skillset on unit or specific to this Position Request):  

BLS, ALS required, and PALS preferred

• Education Modules (will this be consistent for all similar skillset on unit or specific to this Position Request):  

LMS modules assigned

Unit Information:

• Number of Beds: 45

• Patient Ratios: 1:5 on days 1:6 on nights

• Equipment: Plum pumps, pyxis, Ascom phones, bladder scanner, ekg machine, Phillips Cardiac Monitor

• EMR: EPIC

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: Patient Focused, organized, BLS, ACLS, IV skills, telemetry monitoring and  required documenting  

• Preferred Skillset/Experience: PALS- but not required,  

• Type of Patients on Unit: medical surgical- orthopedic, general surgery, urology.  Top medical diagnoses- CHF, COPD, PNA.  We do admit pediatric patients to the general floor, but the nurse must have PALS to care for.  It is not something that is mandatory for travelers on MSU.
