**Join Our Team as a Med/Surg RN in Alaska!** **Job Description:** - Are you an adventurous RN with an active Alaska license? - Ready to take your nursing career to new heights? - Join our dynamic team where your skills will shine! **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide top-notch nursing care to patients of all ages. - Coordinate care plans in collaboration with physicians and healthcare teams. - Float between Med/Surg, Emergency Department, and ICU as needed. - Perform nursing assessments and document findings comprehensively. - Educate patients and their families on health management and procedures. - Demonstrate leadership by guiding and mentoring CNA/Tech staff. - Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities. **Qualifications:** - Active RN license in Alaska is a must. - BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required upon hire. - Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a calming presence. - Knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and emergency response procedures. **Shift Information:** - Flexible shifts available: Days and Nights as needed. - Holiday coverage is required. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
