### Join Our Dynamic Med/Surg Team as an Acute Travel RN! **Job Description:** - **Location:** Marquette General, MI - **Shift:** 7 PM to 7 AM - **Orientation:** Bi-weekly - **Weekly Guaranteed Hours:** 36 - **Patient Ratios:** 5:1 to 6:1 - **Unit Profile:** - Department: Acute Medical/Surgical - Trauma Level: 2 - Specialty: Medical/Surgical - Equipment: Telemetry monitors, Baxter IV pumps, Kangaroo pump, Bladder scanner, Dynamaps - EHR: Cerner - **Patient Population:** Adult and geriatric, ages 18 - 125 - **Must Have Skills/Experience:** - Critical thinking skills - Decisive judgment - Ability to work with minimal supervision - Capability to thrive in a stressful environment - **Required Certifications:** ACLS - **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in medical/surgical settings (preferred) - **Education:** Bachelor’s degree (BSN preferred) - **Dress Code:** - Scrub Color: Galaxy Blue (Navy acceptable) - Fingernails: Clean and compliant with Hand Hygiene Policy - Tattoos: Must be covered if deemed offensive - Jewelry: Excessive jewelry not permitted **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
