Description

American Traveler is hiring a Med Surg Step Down RN for a 13-week travel contract requiring an active MA RN license and rotating day/night shifts.

Details

• Med Surg Step Down unit within a hospital setting
• 36 hours per week on a Day/Night rotating schedule with 3x12hr shifts (7a-7:30p and 7:15p-7:15a)
• Holiday and weekend rotations required
• Uses Epic for charting

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required; conditional or pending licenses not accepted
• Current BLS certification required
• Current ACLS certification required
• Certifications must be AHA (American Heart Association) issued
• Epic EMR charting experience preferred

Additional Information

• Provide direct patient care to a Med Surg Step Down patient population
• Flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions allowed
• Local candidates within 60 miles of Boston will be considered at a reduced rate
• RTO must be disclosed at the time of consideration
