BHS Workforce is seeking a travel nurse RN Float Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Phoenix, Arizona.
*MUST HAVE LEVEL 1 TRAUMA EXPERIENCE

CANDIDATE MUST PASS BASIC DYSRHYTHMIA EXAM WITHIN 2 ATTEMPTS; PASSING SCORE IS 80%. If failed, candidate will be a DNU for 6 months within CS AZ and Sacramento Region.
All Tele RNs will be expected to complete SIMs Lab for Foley catheter insertion & central line dressing changes. This is for travelers going to St. Joseph main campus &/or St. Joseph Westgate campus. NOTE - SIMs lab is pass/fail & nurses have been termed during SIMs Lab for breaking sterile field. Those travelers that understand sterile field typically pass SIMs Lab skills
